Microwave Radar sensors emit high-frequency electromagnetic waves and measure the echoes reflected back from moving objects. These sensors offer a wider detection range (up to 12-15 meters) and 360-degree coverage, and can sense motion through non-metal obstacles. However, they are more sensitive to false triggers from trees, rain, or high-winds.
Our street lamps feature Rainy-Day Autonomy. By combining high-efficiency monocrystalline panels (conversion rate >22%) with smart MPPT controllers, the system charges even on cloudy days. When the controller detects a low battery state, it shifts the light into energy-saving modes—dimming standby light output to 15-30% and only increasing to full brightness when the sensor detects motion.
